Shipping Rates and Policy

Please ensure that you provide us with the proper address for your shipment. The shipping address you provide MUST be a valid address. We are not responsible for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you feel you need to have Insurance or Signature Required added to your shipment, send us an e-mail to service@silvertreasure.org.

 
Our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.

Return Policy:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We are confident that you will be absolutely thrilled with your jewelry from Silver Treasure, but if you decide for any reason that it is not right for you, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment for a no-hassle refund or replacement (shipping charges are not refundable). All original paperwork and documents must also be included. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

To return silver jewelry to Silver Treasure, please follow the steps below:

1. Please print the invoice that was sent to you by e-mail and indicate a reason for your return. Your feedback is very important to us!

2. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned silver jewelry with. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement silver jewelry. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.

3. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship with a return receipt or tracking number for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Please be sure to insure the return package of jewelry for the full value paid. Any items received by us after 30 days will be returned back to the sender. For security reasons, do not write Silver Treasure anywhere on the outside of the box. Please send the package to: Silver Treasure LLC, 13335 Tiverton Rd., San Diego, CA 92130, USA.

Refund Procedures:

Once we receive your return item (within 30 days of shipment date and received back date) and verify the condition of your return item, we will issue a credit for your full purchase price to the same account or pay pal. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please call your credit card issuer to verify credit posting. If you still do not see the credit, please email us.

If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.

If your purchase entitled you to a bulk discount and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have the discount, we will charge you for the original price of the items.
